1. WHY ARE MY IMAGES NOT LOADING ONTO THE SITE?

Please check if:

The image you are trying to upload is a Jpeg. The system will only accept images in a Jpeg format.
The image size fits within the maximum dimensions specified.  If the image size is too large (over 1000x 1000px) , the image will not load.

 2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A LOADED ISSUE TO APPEAR LIVE ON THE WEBSITE?

Once loaded, there is a maximum of a 1 working day pending period in order for the issue to be checked and approved by a Magazines.co.za™ team member.  Once approved, the issue will appear live on the site according to the date that you input in the “This issue must appear live on” field.
